Payments:
We accept AMX Corporate Card on our secure server, Bank Checks and Direct Deposit. Please e-mail us or use the contact form to request our bank information.

Shipping:
Most orders are shipped the same day or next day after being received. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail from us when your order is shipped. Orders are shipped via global air parcel or global priority mail and will arrive between 4 to 7 days after it leaves our door. We also ship via Federal Express upon request but this may carry a higher shipping charge than is quoted by the website. Orders totaling $1500 or more are shipped freight prepaid. Freight is F.O.B. shipping point.

Foreign Freight:
The shipping charge for foreign orders is not added at the time of placing the order. Final shipping cost will be calculated and added to the bill. We will e-mail you regarding your total cost including shipping.

Returns:
All returns must be made within 30 days. Contact our customer service department to receive an RMA number. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.

Fuel Charge:
All orders carry an additional fuel charge. Due to the current fluctuating price on fuel, the cost of raw materials like steel and carbide as well as electricity and heating fuel change from week to week. Instead of updating all prices on a weekly basis a fuel/handling charge will be added to your order. Please see below and on the product pages for the current fuel charge. Please note that on shopping cart orders this charge appears as a handling charge.
